The Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH) is one of the largest research centers of Greece. FORTH has been ranked the 12th place in the 4th FP7 Monitoring Report of the 20 research organizations with the highest numbers of participations in FP7 signed grant agreements during the period 2007-2010. The Institute of Communication and Computer Systems (ICCS) is a non-profit private law body associated with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), the oldest and most prestigious educational institution of Greece in the field of technology.
